Senior Investment Analyst

Alex Zhou, CFA, has 15 years of experience in institutional asset management, equity research, and portfolio management. He currently focuses on fund product research, investment analysis, and client communication support. Before moving to Vancouver, Alex held portfolio management and investment roles at several leading financial institutions in Shanghai, including ABC-CA Fund Management, Ping An Fund Management, Aeon Insurance Asset Management, and Ping An Asset Management. Throughout his career, he worked across multi-asset allocation, absolute return strategies, FOF/MOM management, and equity investing, and managed or supported mandates across retail, pension, insurance, and institutional channels. Alex also has extensive experience in investor presentations, market updates, and product communication. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Tsinghua University, a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s degree in Cybersecurity from New York Institute of Technology in Canada.
