• Net Worth: Either alone or with a spouse, having a net worth that exceeded $400,000; OR 

• Net Income: Net income before taxes exceeded $75,000 in each of the last 2 years and reasonably expect to exceed that income level again this year; OR Net income before taxes exceeded $125,000 when combined with spouse in each of the last 2 years and reasonably expect combined net income to exceed that again this year.
