Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Huang brings a unique and extensive background in the investment industry, having gained experience in the Chinese securities market and further deepening her expertise in the Canadian investment industry for 18 years. She has previously served as Chief Compliance Officer for two investment dealers regulated by the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO), demonstrating exceptional leadership in compliance management within complex regulatory frameworks. Her international perspective and deep industry knowledge provide her with a profound understanding of investment markets and associated risks, covering operational quality control, risk management, and compliance. Additionally, she holds the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, further strengthening her ability to develop and implement robust compliance programs. At Enoch Wealth, Ms. Huang is committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance, ensuring the company’s sustainable and stable growth through proactive risk management measures.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, innovative cooking, and reading.
